491 Pathways:
Pathway 1: Currently employed with regional NSW employer (6 months, same employer, TSMIT salary)
Pathway 2: Invitation-only by Investment NSW (occupation on Regional Skills List)
Pathway 3: Recent graduate from Regional NSW institution (bachelor+)
190: Direct invitation from SkillSelect. Highly competitive. Priority to health, education, ICT, infrastructure occupations.

Victoria (VIC)

Competent English (12 weeks validity remaining at nomination)
Submit Registration of Interest (ROI) and be selected
Commitment to living/working in Victoria
Onshore 190: Must live and work in Victoria. Employment does not need to be in nominated occupation.
Onshore 491: Must live and work in regional Victoria. Employment must be skilled and employer physically located in regional VIC.
Offshore: Eligible for both 190 and 491. Must commit to living in Victoria.
Priority sectors: Healthcare, Construction, Education, Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Research.

1+ year skilled employment in nominated/related occupation (offshore)
Onshore 190: Live and work in QLD for 9 months immediately before ROI. 20+ hrs/week in post-qualification role matching ANZSCO first 3 digits.
Onshore 491: Live and work in regional QLD for 6 months. Same work requirements.
Building & Construction: Special pathway with 3 months QLD work/residence.
Offshore: Must have 1+ year experience and be currently employed in nominated role.

Graduate Stream: Cert III+ and 2+ years full-time WA study at CRICOS provider. No contract required.
Priority: WA residents - Interstate - Offshore.
Perth: Eligible for 190 (permanent residency, live anywhere in WA).
Regional WA: Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Broome qualify for 491.
